The article is part of a master's thesis on the topic "Radical reform in education - individuality instead of unification" in Pedagogy to acquire the qualification "Teacher of Economic Disciplines" at IU - Varna, protected with Excellent

Quality education is one of the main prerequisites for the development of any society. The world needs a new education system. One that does not create clichéd, one-type creatures, people, with a lot of knowledge and no skills to use it. The educational system should encourage the development of personal and individual gifts and creativity. Because that's the only way they will become truly complete and successful people.

It is not enough for a teacher to have knowledge only of the discipline he has studied. To be a teacher you need to have a vocation, a huge amount of talent and a lot of knowledge and communication skills. This profession is one of the most important and responsible in society, because it is the teacher who, in addition to providing knowledge, plays a significant role in the education of his students and contributes to the formation of their character

A child is formed as a personality first at home, in his family. But the more he grows, the more his environment influences him. One part of this environment is the friends and teachers he comes into contact with every day. And it is precisely the teacher, together with the parents, who are his role models. Anyone who works with children should know that daily contact with them shapes the future of our society. Because Man is a being created and programmed to develop and improve in various aspects and areas. This, in my opinion, is the main meaning of human existence in general. One of the ways to walk our human path of improvement is to acquire new and new knowledge. This is also our goal. The problem of our time is that the young people, the adolescents, the future of our world, are highly demotivated in principle. They have a complete or partial lack of desire to receive knowledge, apply it, create and create.

In today's world, factual knowledge and information is widely available. Of course, each individual must have some knowledge base. The very process of learning and remembering develops the brain. But unfortunately, the tendency is that today's children come out of schools and universities full of knowledge, but they do not know how to apply it in real life. Simply because no one taught them that. And the reason lies in the long-inefficient education system. The biggest challenge today is to transform the education system. To make it suitable and adequate for the needs of the dynamic 21st century. A radical new view of human intelligence and creativity is needed. It is a fact that governments all over the world are investing huge amounts of money in education reforms. However, they effectively stifle the most important qualities and skills of adolescents: creativity, cultural understanding, communication, cooperation and problem-solving skills.
